Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping – United Kingdom

We offer free standard shipping across Mainland United Kingdom.

Delivery times typically range between 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are included in the shipping cost paid at checkout, and no additional fees should be required upon delivery.

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.


Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • other circumstances outside our control

TUNN is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at:

within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs of the damaged items where possible.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot guarantee successful delivery for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
